The Israel Restaurant Conference will be held on Thursday, July 2, 2026, from 08:00 to 15:00 at the David InterContinental Hotel in Tel Aviv. This will be the conference’s 11th edition, aimed at executives, chefs, restaurateurs and professionals from the food, hotel, bar, café, chain, franchise and purchasing sectors.
The conference comes after several difficult years for the restaurant industry, alongside major acquisitions completed in the sector over the past year. Organizers expect more than 1,200 industry professionals and decision-makers to attend.

- Nightlife entrepreneurship: A panel moderated by Liran Shabtai with Itzik Hangel and David Tor.
- Your new partner: A discussion on partnerships between restaurants, hotels and shopping malls, moderated by David Kishka with Hai Galis and Assaf Fattal.
- Lashevet Lakahat on stage: A live podcast with Nadav Bornstein and Kfir Arbiv, featuring Haim Cohen and Eyal Shani.
- Content that lasts: A panel moderated by Rita Goldstein with content creators Ben Shai and Coral Huta.
- In the end, it is also business: A conversation about acquisitions in the restaurant industry, moderated by Liran Shabtai with Adi Englender of the Kisu Group and attorney Amit Gross.
- Foodies of the Year ceremony: A ceremony hosted by Rita Goldstein.
- The day Instagram shuts down: A talk by content creator and culinary entrepreneur Dor Peleg.
Food and drink stalls are planned outside the conference hall, including baked goods by Or Shukrun, Sherry Herring from Hanamal, rolls from Prime and cocktails from Ketsef Cocktails.
Tomer Mor, CEO of Restaurateurs Stronger Together, said the conference is intended to promote professional discussion of the industry’s most pressing issues, including labor shortages, expanded routes for bringing in foreign workers and the development of projects to support business owners.
