Tel Aviv’s Gender-Separated Beach Planned to Move to the City’s North
The Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality is advancing a plan to move the gender-separated beach to a stretch of coastline in the city’s north, near Herzliya’s separate beach. If implemented, the existing beach would open to the general public and the separation wall would be removed. The plan is not yet final.

From August 13 to 23, most municipal units will not provide in-person services, telephone assistance or responses to online inquiries. The 106+ service center, education hotline and several community and medical services will continue operating.
14 New Defibrillators Installed at Public Restroom Facilities Across the City
Magen David Adom, the Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality and JCDecaux have installed 14 smart defibrillator stations on automated public restroom facilities. According to the municipal announcement, the city now has 300 defibrillators.
