More than 6,000 reservists and their partners attended an employment fair at Expo Tel Aviv on Wednesday, June 10, 2026. The event was organized by the Israel Employment Service in cooperation with the IDF Personnel Directorate, the Ministry of Defense, the Government Companies Authority and other bodies.
Dozens of companies from a range of industries participated, including Nvidia, Elbit, Electra, Ness Technologies, Matrix, Qualitest, Teva, Bank Hapoalim, Bezeq, Cellcom, Israel Aerospace Industries, Rafael, the Israel Electric Corporation and Israel Railways. Alongside recruitment areas, the fair offered employment counseling, professional guidance and assistance with exercising rights through government and public bodies.
Lectures were held throughout the day on employment, financial management and balancing reserve duty with a career. The event concluded with an appreciation performance by comedian Guy Hochman.
The fair is part of the Employment Service’s “Mimadim LaTaasuka” initiative for reservists and their partners. The program includes career counseling, individual and group support, employment coaching, occupational psychology consultations, training and skills development.
Attendees included Israel Employment Service Director-General Einbal Mashash, Chief Reserve Officer Brig. Gen. (res.) Benny Ben Ari, Reserve Department head Col. Neta Gamon Avraham and other senior representatives of the IDF and the Employment Service.
