AliceCode marked its 10th anniversary with the BUILD THE FUTURE conference, held on July 5, 2026, at Smolarz Auditorium at Tel Aviv University. Around 1,000 girls from age 9, teenagers and women from the community took part, alongside senior figures from the technology, entrepreneurship and investment sectors.
The conference focused on the future of work and the skills required by the next generation of women in technology. Alongside lectures and panels, it featured a Future Zone presenting startups, advanced technological developments and live demonstrations.
Speakers and participants included Yasmin Lukatz, founder and CEO of ICON; Adi Fukshnyano, vice president of marketing, growth and revenue at Wiz; Sarit Beck Barkai, vice president of product at PayBox; cybersecurity researcher Keren Elazari; Lilia Miringoff of Nebius Academy; Anna Ziskoit Zach of DoubleVerify; and Noa Zilberman, founding partner at Odo Security.
AliceCode has operated for more than a decade as a technology and education community for girls, teenagers and young women in technology, AI, innovation and leadership. It supports participants from fourth grade through the early stages of entering the industry, and more than 10,000 graduates have taken part in its programs.
During the conference, a Lifetime Achievement Award was presented to Guy Mizrahi, a cybersecurity entrepreneur and the husband of the late Gabi Marom, who helped AliceCode grow and worked to advance technology education for girls, teenagers and women.
Nastya Ochakovsky, founder of AliceCode, said she had watched the community’s graduates enter the workforce and technology industry in recent years. AliceCode, she said, is no longer only an educational program, but a professional community connecting companies and organizations with the next generation of women in technology.
