Al-Simta Theatre will hold four jazz evenings at the Goldstein Goren Community Country Club, all beginning at 20:30. Each performance is sold separately. A regular ticket costs NIS 80, while DigiTel members pay NIS 55 by entering the code DIGITEL.
August 12, 2026: “Kind of Blue.” A tribute to Miles Davis, Cannonball Adderley and John Coltrane. The musicians are Shlomi Goldenberg on tenor and soprano saxophone, Robert Anchipolovsky on alto saxophone, Gilad Shmueli on piano, Ilan Bronstein on bass and Shay Alon on drums.
August 19, 2026: “Let It Be Jazz.” Lennon and McCartney songs in jazz arrangements by Shlomi Goldenberg’s band, with guest vocalists. Songs will include “Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da,” “Let It Be,” “Yesterday” and “Norwegian Wood.”
August 26, 2026: Noya Sol. A new show combining blues, soul, rock, reggae and Americana, with original songs and tributes. The lineup includes Noya Sol on vocals and guitar, Roi Fried on guitar, Eliyahu Sela on bass and Nir Mardan on drums, with Shlomi Goldenberg as a special guest on saxophone.
September 16, 2026: “Le Swing Nostalgic.” An evening featuring songs associated with Django Reinhardt, Sarah Vaughan, Ella Fitzgerald and Gershwin. Participants include Moshe Levy, Yehuda Heinig, Noy Kesher, Gilda Hemi, Sonia Yaakov, Ilan Yaron and Rafi Yedidya.
