Three Tel Aviv-Yafo neighborhoods appear in Israel’s top 10 for rental demand: Lev Tel Aviv and two sections of the Old North.
The ranking comes from a Madlan review of rental demand from the beginning of July through the end of August 2026, compared with the same period in 2025.
Three Tel Aviv neighborhoods in the top 10
Lev Tel Aviv ranked fourth. Two sections of the Old North close out the list, with the southeastern section in ninth place and the northern section in tenth.

Renters are choosing central urban neighborhoods
What we are seeing is a distinctly urban list, close to city centers or right in the center itself. No new neighborhoods or high-rise districts appear, which says something about renters’ preferences at the moment: people who rent want to be close to where things happen, and quiet is less of a priority
