Three cowboys gather around a table with black coffee and beans, then sing and dance their way through a history of their own invention. “History Was Written by the Losers,” created and performed by David Kern, Tamar Lamm and Tilman O’Donnell, comes to Bikurei HaItim in Tel Aviv on November 13-14, 2026. The show is performed in English.
The stage western folds figures such as Virginia Woolf and Sigmund Freud into a fictional account of the past. Songs, dance and comic roasts of historical figures shape the encounter. Kern, Lamm and O’Donnell share credits for choreography, performance, text, stage design and costumes.
Performances are Friday, November 13, at 2 p.m., and Saturday, November 14, at 6 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Running time is 60 minutes. Regular tickets cost NIS 70.
The venue is the Biko performance hall at Bikurei HaItim, 2 Leonardo da Vinci Street, Landmark Tower. Choose a performance and book tickets.
