Humongous plans to open its first Tel Aviv burger restaurant at Atidim Park in March 2027. The chain’s eighth location will cover about 360 square meters, with an outdoor area and around 100 seats.
More than NIS 6 million will be invested in the restaurant, which is expected to employ over 30 people. The planned opening is still several months away, and the restaurant is not operating yet.
A first Tel Aviv location
The chain currently operates seven restaurants, from Beersheba in the south to Kiryat Motzkin in the north, and reports roughly 40,000 club members. It says tens of thousands of diners eat at its restaurants or order from them each month.
Humongous has developed more than 20 burger dishes over the years, including its Italian, French, Philadelphia and Mexican burgers. The burgers are made daily with ground Argentine beef, alongside a regular menu and limited-edition dishes.

Owners Gal Bachar, the chain’s CEO, and Tal Bachar, its head of guest experience, say they waited until they felt ready to enter Tel Aviv’s competitive restaurant market. Their aim, they say, is to bring the chain’s existing identity to the city rather than change it for the new location.
We do not want to change Humongous to fit Tel Aviv, but to bring Tel Aviv what makes it Humongous – food that keeps surprising, humor, atmosphere and a whole lot of experience.
Evening and weekend service planned
The restaurant is expected to open in the evenings and on weekends as well as during the workday, serving Atidim Park employees and visitors alongside residents of Tel Aviv and the surrounding area.
Atidim Park CEO Eyal Green describes the opening as part of a plan to combine work, shopping, dining, leisure and services within the business park, following the “15-minute city” model. He says the goal is a place where people can work, eat, meet and spend time throughout the day.
