On Saturday night, police received a report of a shooting in a parking lot at Yarkon Park. A man who was seriously injured was taken from the scene, but medical teams later pronounced him dead at the hospital.
Tel Aviv police opened an investigation and carried out extensive searches for suspects believed to have been involved. Forensic investigators also collected evidence at the scene.
Police said the incident was criminally motivated.
