The ‘Tzlilei Kayitz’ (Summer Sounds) series will return to the Tel Aviv Performing Arts Center plaza in July 2026 with four open-air music evenings. Events will run from 20:00 to 22:00 and admission is free.
On Wednesday, July 1, 2026, the series will open with a Greek taverna evening. ‘Yanukis’s Taverna’ will feature double bass, guitar, bouzouki, percussion and vocals, followed later in the evening by veteran Cypriot singer Trifonas.
On Wednesday, July 8, the plaza will become a Jewish taverna. The program includes Polkes, a six-member klezmer ensemble, and David D’Or in a performance combining piyut, world music and modern production.
On Wednesday, July 15, a Latin fiesta will feature Radio Luna, blending Spanish-language music, Latin grooves and Middle Eastern influences, along with Afrocubana, a performance by dancers and acrobats directed by Ana Kaniel, batucada musicians and singer Salvinia Escapa.
The series will end on Wednesday, July 29, with a Tu B’Av evening. The first part will feature Israeli love songs performed by ‘Eretz Yisraeli,’ followed by the Andalusian Orchestra hosting Adi Elbahar, under the artistic and musical direction of Elad Levi.
Security checks will be conducted at the entrance. Weapons, alcohol, two-wheeled vehicles, glass bottles and animals other than guide dogs are not permitted. Smoking is prohibited in the event area.
